Forkful of Facts – Finnish Food Industry Statistics contains a wide variety of figures concerning Finnish food. It covers the entire food chain, from field to fork.
Forkful of Facts is published by Ruokatieto Yhdistys (Finnish Food Information) in cooperation with the Finnish Association of Academic Agronomists, the Natural resources Institute Finland (Luke), the Central Union of Agricultural Producers and Forest Owners (MTK) , the Central Union of Swedish-speaking Agricultural Producers in Finland (SLC) and the ProAgria Association of Rural Advisory Centres.
